ABOUT US

2007/08 EXECUTIVE MEMBERS, DUTIES, AND OBLIGATIONS.

President/ Chairperson	Jonathan Klein	Represents the Friends society at Squadron and related functions, researches and plans topics of interest and the regular business for agenda and directs any meetings.
Vice President	Terry Mahoney	Substitutes for Chair and helps with committee and/or director's liaison.
Treasurer	Diana Wilson	Manages gaming and non-gaming funds, recognizes restrictions and limitations of types of funds raised, presents monthly accounts, keeps records, collects and disperses funds as determined by the Executive.
Secretary	Eileen Chauvet	Prepares and provides copies of last meetings minutes and present agenda. Prepares and distributes all advertising, announcements and the Friends monthly newsletter.
Bingo Chairperson	Cheryl Jordan	Coordinates parent volunteers for all Bingo events.
Director Fundraising	Vacant	Responsible for preparing and presenting corporate campaigns and Individual fund-raising projects by his/her committee at the monthly board meetings.
Director at Large	Vacant	Duties as may be assigned by the President from time to time.
